Eurosprinter – eco-friendly cross-border operation
The Eurosprinter is the optimal platform concept for European rail traffic. The advanced-technology, four-system locomotives ES64U4 and ES64F4 open up new horizons for interoperable passenger and freight traffic. These locomotives can be operated using all of the standard power systems in Europe, demonstrate outstandingly low energy consumption, and transport the heaviest loads over millions of kilometers.
Eurorunner – economical and quiet
The Eurorunner is a platform concept for passenger and freight transport. With an axle load of about 20 metric tons, the Eurorunner is an ideal solution for passenger and freight traffic on main and secondary lines. These
proven locomotives have low fuel consumption and exceptionally low noise emissions.
Asiarunner – flexible and light
The Asiarunner is Siemens’ locomotive platform for narrow-gauge operation. The Asiarunner’s locomotive concept meets the requirements imposed by the narrow-gauge market in Asia and Africa; it is designed for use on gauges from 1,000 to 1,067 mm, and accommodates a large number of different clearance profiles, as well as the required low-axle loads.
