Performance Package
Intelligent organization: With the Performance Package, Siemens assumes full responsibility for part of the value chain in the maintenance process.
Charter Rail
Rational workload reduction: Siemens Charter Rail manages planning and responsibility for (along with the implementation of) all maintenance activities using experienced customer personnel – this includes the supply of materials.
Railcover
Railcover is a new concept for the maintenance of locomotives. It enables customers to buy modular service offerings. Vehicles may now be maintained and repaired directly on site by means of the Rail Support Center, mobile technicians and a close-knit depot network in Central Europe - a high benefit in terms of time and costs for the operators.
Full Service
No operating worries: The Full Service agreement defines the terms for taking over and implementing all maintenance, including responsibility for personnel – all from a single source.
