Rail Service Center Dortmund, Germany
The Rail Service Center in Dortmund-Eving is one of the most modern train workshops of its kind. Its operation is completely paperless and fully aligned with Siemens’ digitalized service offering, which is unique in the rail sector to date. The services range from corrective and preventive maintenance, testing, and diagnostics to innovative spare parts supply and exclusive infrastructure services.
Rail Service Center Hornsey, United Kingdom
The Rail Service Center Hornsey provides full preventive and corrective maintenance for all Class 700 vehicles. Accident assessment and repair is carried out on site as well as repairs of damages due to vandalism. The depot has an array of special equipment. Work is performed by certified technical personnel, supported by on-site project experts and specialists.
Rail Service Center Manchester, United Kingdom
The Ardwick Train Maintenance Depot in Manchester provides full preventive and corrective maintenance for all Class 185 diesel multiple units. Accident assessments and repairs are carried out on-site, in addition to repairs due to vandalism. The depot has an array of special equipment. Work is performed by certified technical personnel, supported by on-site project experts and specialists.
Rail Service Center Munich, Germany
In Munich-Allach – situated just five kilometers from Munich’s central station and adjacent to the Siemens Mobility locomotive factory – a state-of-the-art service hall is available specifically for locomotive maintenance. All types of maintenance activities from inspections to overhauls are performed here, including accident repairs. In the same building, a complete bogie workshop recently opened its doors. Professional project management guarantees compliance with ECM rules as well as exceptionally short maintenance times.

The Rail Service Center Northampton Kings Heath Traincare Facility provides full preventive and corrective maintenance for all Class 350 vehicles. Rail Service Center Novara, Italy
The Rail Service Center Novara is located in close proximity to the Alpine freight corridors and thus specializes in preventive and corrective maintenance of all locomotive components, including the replacement of bogies and traction components. Several European signaling systems can be maintained. Smaller accident repairs are performed on the spot. Traction motors, wheelsets, and bogies can be replaced to ensure the rapid recommissioning of locomotives.

The Rail Service Center at McClellan Park performs vehicle overhauls, upgrades, and lifetime extensions with a focus on light rail vehicles, but also for other trains. It includes a Bogie Service Center for overhauls and repairs on bogies. The Rail Service Center in Vienna specializes in the maintenance, accident repair, and refurbishment of light rail vehicles and metros. Professional project management with specially trained project managers ensures ECM-compliant job planning, documentation, and material management. This allows shorter repair times and ensures that vehicles retain their value.
Rail Service Center Wegberg-Wildenrath, Germany
The portfolio of our Rail Service Center in Wegberg Wildenrath includes accident repair of minor and structural damage, customer-specific solutions for extending service life, as well as the retrofitting and upgrading of vehicles with the latest technology. Its hallmarks are technical solution expertise, short throughput times, and an understanding of the zero-defect concept. The York depot is a maintenance facility providing preventive and corrective maintenance of Class 185 diesel multiple units. The depot maintains vehicles for various operators. During the night shift, the train presentation staff clean the trains to ensure they’re in top condition for the passengers the next morning.
