Give your personnel the opportunity to become expertise owners in the rail sector. Our Mobility Academy for rolling stock and rail infrastructure offers basic training courses on rail traffic and driver training as well as courses on train maintenance and rail components and systems from the fields of automation and electrification. Instruction from experienced and highly qualified trainers is the principle supporting our Mobility Academy – along with a close relationship between theory and practice. We achieve this through the simulation of real-life conditions in our rail test centers, and by transferring the knowledge of experienced employees working on current projects. We’re backed by collaborative partners at universities and by operators and component suppliers, which enables us to provide outstanding rail training courses – on-site as well as virtually.
Where will you train? Wherever it’s most practical – for example, at our factory locations in Graz, Austria or in Krefeld or Brunswick, Germany, at one of our rail test centers, with our collaborative partners, or at our training facilities in Erlangen and Brunswick, Germany. Most often, however, we offer rail training courses on-site at our customers’ own locations because that’s where the vehicles and systems are actually used.
