The Siemens Mobility Rail Services promise focuses on 100% system availability while at the same time maximizing the efficiency and reliability of rail transport. We offer one of the most extensive depot and service networks in the rail industry. Our workshops, including 14 Rail Service Centers for preventive, corrective, and condition-based maintenance, are operated by us or in cooperation with partners. They are located at strategically important sites, such as ports, freight terminals, and at end or junction points along the Trans-European Transport Network (TEN-T). Additionally, we maintain project-specific workshops near the operational areas of our local customers. Whether you are an owner, operator, or maintainer of rail systems, we provide rail services where you need them. And to ensure smooth operations, we leverage our Railigent X application suite to connect depots, vehicles, staff, and more.

In addition to our Rail Service Centers, our global depot and service network includes a variety of other workshops, each designed to serve specific purposes and objectives. This extensive network ensures that no matter where you are, you can rely on consistent, high-quality rail services and support. All of our European workshops are ECM-certified according to VO (EU) 2019/779.
